  • Persistent severe stuttering, freezing, or hitching
    • tl;dr Disable hyperthreading in the BIOS for a big improvement to frametime consistency
    • Yes, must be done in the BIOS, in my experience. Just setting a CPU affinity to real P-Cores (ie. not hyperthreading cores) was not enough.
    • I tried many supposed fixes and tweaks from the Steam Community forums for the game and nothing worked until I tried this
    • Theory: Games optimized for consoles may not be hyperthreading-aware and so may have compatibility issues
