In lieu of a trailer, here's a short review:

Notes

• No-touch magnetic Hall-effect sensors for extended life instead of electrical contacts which will fail in a few years
• Many games use "hold button to shift" which allows you to shift into neutral. I could never use this before as my old G27 shifter had bad electrical contacts that would sometimes "slip out". But with the TH8S I get perfect shifts and I can expect great reliabilty given the magnetic Hall-effect sensors.
• Decent weight and tactile feel to shift gates both shifting into and out of gear. Don't expect anything more than a decent clunk, though.
• Budget friendly but the money is spent on the important parts like the Hall-effect sensors and 7 gears + reverse
• Somewhat moddable with new knobs and shifter gates. See YouTube for what people have done.

• This comes on sale well under $100 CAD / ~$72 USD at times. I bought it for $80 CAD / ~$60 USD.
