But right now people say it doesn't match us as smoothly or precisely as TrackIR

tl;dr Load desired profile, save profile, manually exit the app, and restart. Exit TrackIR by right-clicking on traybar icon and choosing Exit.
I don't recall having to need to set the default profile before. It would just load up my last used profile. But at some point it stuck on one profile.
So, I just had to manully exit the app and restart from the Start menu
I would've thought rebooting would be the same thing but it wasn't
